I stumbled across this running group's page on social media recently, I was very anxious about just turning up without knowing anyone in the group however I was included in the group chat where I could see they all seemed inclusive of running ability so went along for a run. I found the whole group friendly and very welcoming, no one was left behind. Thank you.

Jamie is a fabulous positive force on everybody he interacts with. His enthusiasm for fitness is infectious and his sole focus is to ensure that everybody is enjoying themselves. If you are worried about whether or not you will fit in, or keep up, then this is definitely the club for you. Jamie personally makes sure that everybody is being looked after and enjoying their run and truly caters for all abilities.

Had an excellent first run after a few years break. It was very friendly and relaxed, absolutely no pressure. I ran at my own pace but wasn’t left alone. Definitely a community run group where all abilities are welcomed.
